By implementing this project, we would like to develop media literacy and critical thinking to a deep level in youth workers throughout Europe. This will bring professionality in this topics. Also, we want to give youth workers skills to transfer these knowledge and skills to young people through interactive ways. By doing this, we want to avoid various issues and problems raising in our communities, avoid people falling for populism and propaganda. The main activity is a Training Course on a topic of Media Literacy and Critical Thinking. All workshops we are planning have direct connection to the objectives that are: 1) develop media literacy skills, 2) develop critical thinking skills, 3) develop ICT skills in order to support the knowledge and skills gained, 4) promote EU values by including people with fewer opportunities, 5) learning-to-learn, which will give youth workers ability to disseminate the results of the training.
