The content of our project includes different activities to give youngsters the opportunity to understand the concept of entrepreneurship and to use their creative ideas in the business world by informing about entrepreneurship. This youth exchange promotes the active participation of young people because the proposed methodology is based on the principles of non-formal education. The participants will learn how to present their culture, how to meet, accept, share their respect towards other cultures and characters, to show an interest in cooperation and communication with young people from other European countries. The other objectives of our project: -Creating awareness towards youngsters volunteering in different projects and works as well as talking about the connection between volunteering and finding a job, -Discussing the connection between education, having a profession and finding a job in order to encourage youngsters to think about this content, -Improving proposals of the solution by discussing reasons for difficulties to find a job that comes out after graduation, -Contribution to the development of the creative thinking skill by informing about the skill of creative thinking, -Aiming at raising the awareness of personal development before graduation, -Talking about the programmes of internship, informing youngsters about the opportunities of internship provided by Erasmus+ programme in order to help them benefit from these opportunities, -Giving youngsters the chance to gain the skills of problem-solving, discussing, expressing themselves more clearly while gaining awareness towards the time management, -Supporting a healthy life and help youngsters to gain awareness towards a healthy life, -Contribution to the understanding of the importance of foreign languages and the opportunities related to this provided by the European Union and its educational systems, -Giving youngsters the opportunity to break their prejudices, if they have any, by informing about different cultures and beliefs, -Informing foreigner youngsters the best way about Spanish culture and civilization through our city, -Increasing the number and the diversity of the projects carried out related to the youth, -Creating awareness towards the European Union projects in our school and city. In order to reach all these aims, importance will be given to the preparation of the participants, using non- formal, informal methods of education during the youth exchange, the activities on the activity list to be implemented as they are planned and the complete implementation of dissemination activities before and during the project. - To promote social inclusion and acceptance among youngsters; - Through active participation in the project, inspire young people to be enterprising, creative, aware and environmentally friendly; - Let young people organize group work, take risks and responsibilities among themselves.
