We would like to carry out this project because we want to develop an inclusive youth exchange that really involves young people from the beginning to the end. Food will be valued as a common thread connecting the activities, which will be based on non-formal education and will have an experiential and inclusive character. Food crosses our lives several times a day and everyone likes to eat well. Of course, not everyone has the same diet or cuisine in the same way. The natural curiosity of knowing other types of cuisine will facilitate organizing activities based on learning to cook dishes from other cultures and teach their own. Preparing a meal for the whole group is a cooperative project of some magnitude that requires planning, teamwork and communication, so we believe that it can serve to improve the personal development of the participants.
