Objectives

On November 2018 the project Drama Toools was implemented by Youth Alma in Romania where Laura Tajuelo, active Youth worker from Aktive Kosmos, was one of the trainers and the results were excellent, so due to that, Youth Alma and Aktive Kosmos we took the decision to continue our implementation of projects related with the theatrical tools as a NFE (Non formal education methods) to allow YW (Youth workers) to develop innovative and dynamic activities with their Youth in order to assess their needs. Following this experience we developed this project in order to corroborate that this project could be implemented within new organizations and in a future development KA2 projects for longer duration and wider impact. Having this objective in mind, we also related the needs of youth that were attached to this new methodologies in the previous projects and that were connected with the result of our needs study, so we decided to continue with the objectives who could cover the needs of our YW: - YW are willing to work with long-term unemployed youth but don't know how to approach the issue and through which methods. - YW need to experience, practice and learn efficient, creative and innovative methods. - YW need to develop skills and increase the knowledge in using non formal methods to face up the different needs of the youth. According to these needs and our intentions to continue developing our partnership and improve the methodologies in training courses related with theater technics we defined the following objectives for this project that were the ones who we followed during this implementation: 1. The YW that will participate in the project will increase their knowledge on how they can address the needs of long-term unemployed youth to facilitate their social and labor inclusion. 2. By using Improvisation Theater, Image theater and Forum Theater the YW will enrich their skills in implementing and adapting non formal methods. 3. The YW will develop a positive attitude towards the power of using non formal methods with youth to reduce the long-term unemployment by facilitating the development of their skills and self confidence and by promoting the analysis of situations to come up with solutions to take action. 4. The partner associations will have the space to reinforce their actions together and to evaluate their work to improve the relationship and the network between them. Also we can add the aspects we wanted to achieve regarding the organizations' needs. With an experience like this one we could reinforce our partnership to continue working in the future and to exchange good practices and experiences with associations we knew, Bringing quality to the T.C by enriching each other in many aspects. Other secondary objectives were settled according to the exchange of experience between the partners involved where all of us had some learnings and competences to offer to each other: -Youth Alma (Romania) would offer their experience in the development of this project in the past in Romania. -Aktive Kosmos (Spain) would offer us the experience in theatrical methodologies and local involvement by their youth and youth workers -Youth Work Association (Turkey) would offer their experience with the unemployment and labor market in their local context. -Fundacja Inkubator Innowacji (Poland) by the hand of Lukasz would offer the most experienced partner with theatrical methodologies. -PRONI (Croatia), the most experienced partner and coordinators would offer a general perspective of wisdom and evaluation to our process. -Giosef Torino (Italy), would add the experience of years of the implementation of this methodologies with fewer opportunities target groups who faced unemployment in their local community. With all this information we saw in E+ a great opportunity to develop in our YW the competences to help long-term unemployed youth to overcome the situation in order to facilitate their working inclusion and their skills to face up the professional challenges. All the objectives and desires of this project were linked with some of the objectives of the Action 1, 2019 at different levels: -supporting learners in the acquisition of knowledge, -skills and competences in the personal development , enhancing the participants ́ foreign language competences. -supporting learners in the acquisition of knowledge, skills and competences in the personal development , -raising participants ́awareness and understanding of other cultures and countries by the exchange of an international experience, -offering the opportunity to build and reinforce international contacts to promote an international dimension of organizations active in education. -supporting the professional development of those who work in education, training and youth with a view to improve the quality of the projects across Europe and ensuring better recognition of those competencies gained through learning periods abroad.
