Following the success of the European seminar DINAMIZART developed in the town of Almedíjar (Castellón) in march 2019, EUROPIMPULSE NETWORK keeps on supports the development of artistic and cultural initiatives in rural environments to fight against youth depopulation in rural areas. Through the "peripheral encounters" proposal we intend to generate spaces for exchange between non-formal education projects developed from marginalized territories and thus encourage the emergence of local and European networks where local agents could share experiences and collaborate in the development of socio-cultural strategies for their territories. Our objectives are: 1. TO GENERATE A WORKING GROUP composed of local stakeholders involved in the field of Youth and Culture (in the territories of the Alto Palancia Region and the Sierra de Espadán Natural Park); 2. TO GIVE TO KNOW THE CASE OF "ARIA" that has been able to build a succesfull proposal for rural development in Corsica (France) based on Arts, Culture, Youth and "Popular Education"; . 3. TO DESIGN ARTISTIC AND CULTURAL STRATEGIES AND ACTIVITIES adapted to the needs and realities of their respective territories of their youth; 4. TO REPORT ON ERASMUS + OPPORTUNITIES OFPROGRAM for rural territories and to foster the emergence of international networks on youth depopulation in rural areas.
