The aim of the project is to get new ideas and hear and see different ways to develop Lahti's cultural youth work and improve its quality and also find new ways to engage young people in the field of cultural youth work. The Cultural Youth Work Team includes youth workers from different regions and locations. The way to spread the information and learned manners is easy to improve because of that. We also want to contribute and share good practices in municipal youth work and create an interactive discussion on youth work. We hope that the partner organization will also receive new information about the way we work around cultural youth work scene in Lahti.
