The objectives of Youth Academy's mobility project include gaining insight into youth work in Sweden and exploring opportunities for wider Nordic collaboration. Within the project, a study trip to Sweden is coordinated in cooperation with Youth Academy, Pohjola-Norden, and the Norden Association. The aim is for Youth Academy, with Pohjola-Norden, to visit various actors across sectors that have implemented diverse projects for young people. Youth Academy's goal is to learn the different actors' perceptions of youth participation and youth engagement in Sweden, and it will also introduce its own activities and projects within the chosen themes of social inclusion, equal opportunities for young people with fewer opportunities and minority youth. Together, a beneficial network will be created for future cooperation and quality driven youth work development. The mobility project provides intercultural encounters for its participants and promotes European values.
