Migration; Big Picture is a Study Visit that will allow representatives of partner organizations from European countries to study refugee issues directly in a source and transit country (Turkey) through observations, field visits and dialogue with the actors involved. Once this issue has been studied, youth workers will be able to change mentality in the communities of origin, something so necessary in a Europe where nationalism and xenophobia are gaining ground. The objectives of the Study Visit are: 1. Creating a safe space to exchange views, ideas and experiences for the 50 youth workers for 8 days, through non-formal methods, in a multicultural environment 2. Fostering the capacity of the 50 youth workers with skills useful in working with young people in refugee communities, especially new approaches and styles 3. Facilitating direct interaction between participants, refugees and stake-holders involved in refugee issues through 9 actions such as visits, roundtables, seminars, interviews 4. Develop a Study Visit Report, entirely created by participants, containing the information found (statistics, testimonials, photos, interviews, etc.)
