What we can observe in our daily professional life experience, is that youth are in trouble finding meaning to their lives. And the like to come to our place, deep in the country side to regenerate themselves and be out of their confort zone. They like as well collective life and the dynamic bring by our teams. That's why we would like to share with the Youth Workers some tools to bring their youth to some similar happiness. To achieve this, we have 3 goals: 1- Give to youth workers some tools to enable them to accompany their youth better, especialy youth with fewer opportunities. 2- Make the Youth workers discover some job of the futur. Meaning, the one being manuals, and answering to nowadays ecological issues. 3- Promote international mobility for all.
