The present project addresses a problem of considerable matter at present among young people, which is school violence and bullying. This project aimed to raise awareness about the negative consequences of bullying among young people through promoting the sense of tolerance and values as respect for human rights and inclusion of those from marginalized groups. The project followed our work of intervention in the area through our close collaboration with local actors and youth from local Reunionese community. We proposed as objectives: · become aware of negative consequences of bullying and develop competences to be able to fight against it. · develop specific competences within the frame of diversity, human rights and inclusion. · develop pro-active attitudes among the participants by working together for a common purpose · understand the similarities and the differences about culture in 8 different countries from Europe Union countries · we created an interactive learning space for young people for reflection and new ideas for personal and professional development The objectives were reached through the activities that we implemented during the mobility, that took part in the French oversea territory, Reunion Island, in which all the participants, with different social situations were integrated. The methods applied helped young people to reflect on their needs to raise awareness against bullying and implement the best decisions for themselves, for their communities and for the whole world. All the participants were equally involved in all 8 working days spent together and they improved their learning skills in a creative space in which they could share their experience and conclusions. From the first day, the participants created a strong bound among them and the activities in which they were split in small or large groups were smoothly implemented. The methods for the activities were teambuilding games, world café, mapping the community, strategic games, open space technology, board games and many others.
