The youth exchange “I speak Music” will bring together 40 young people to have an exchange about music. The project will take place in Metz, France. We planned 2 main activities: APV 28/09 – 29/09 and youth exchange 27/10 – 03/11. The partners are Italy, Estonia, Bulgaria, Romania, and “Together” France - the host. All of us share the important priority of the Erasmus+ program to include the participants with fewer opportunities. We want to implement this project based on music thematic, because it will draw people together to uplift them emotionally. Indeed, due to the power of music in the heart and bone marrow of young people, it can draw people from different parts of the world and uplift them emotionally. For that reason, music project can easily be used as instrument of peace when there is chaos between people of different origin and background. The Goals and Objectives of the future exchange are: ϖ Develop an analytical, creative, and intuitive understanding of music as a cultural language among the participants. ϖ Promote the highest levels of human aspiration and artistic integrity of the young people through the composition and performance of music. ϖ Promote and support participants’ research and collaborations through publications and performances, enrich their knowledge in music field. ϖ Afford young people opportunities for cultural and aesthetic experiences through active participation in music project, enhance their understanding and appreciation of the arts, and foster interaction between music and the other arts. ϖ Enrich the campus and the region through concerts, workshops, and other public events, and provide opportunities for traditional and contemporary musical expression by participants, guest artists, and members of the community.
