We wish to reach the following aims for the participants: • Reflection of young participants on the origins and dynamics of gender-based violence • Being able to identify the elements of "risk" present in personal and sentimental relationships through reflections based on personal experience and comparison with others • Being able to recognize and neutralize sexist cultural elements that are disrespectful to human beings in general and women in particular, as generators of violent attitudes and behaviours, presented in advertisements, on television and, in general, in the media invading society • Being able to stimulate creativity, curiosity and interest in order to build a system of alternative values which are respectful to human-being and women • Stimulate the feeling of belonging to the European Union • Experiencing mobility • Stimulate social involvement/engagement • Awakening the view of Europe from different perspectives • Meet new people, discover new cultures and languages • Deconstruct prejudices and stereotypes We wish to strengthen the cooperation in order to be able to develop further projects that involve participants from the three countries. Each of our organisations tries to encourage young participants with fewer possibilities to go abroad or to travel to join their programmes. Every successful project raises the probability to motivate new people to try. The more experience we gather in running international projects that involve young people with fewer opportunities the more credibility we gain also to convince other organisations to try it.
