TJAEC is an activity designed under Erasmus + KA1 designed to reinforce the skills of 50 youth trainers (30 travelingà in search of approaches fostering the transformation of youths from underserved backgrounds and / or marginalized communities into agents of change for equal opportunity. The project includes one mobility to Fès, Morocco, during which the youth trainers, also from these communities and intending to run workshops during the international day of Equal opportunity (JMEC), can look into their practices, train each other, and build innovative formats born from their intercultural dialogue. At the end of the project, participants should have been able to not only learn from each other, build relevant pedagogical material fostering learning skills, confidence, a critical mind, employability, active engagement for equal opportunity and solidarity among the youth, but also benefit from these outcomes themselves, having learned methods to increase their impact in their communities. They will implement the activities learned, shared and designed during the mobility during the week of the JMEC, around december 5th.
