One of the key elements of our project is environmental protection, coupled with a well-considered, integrated and sustainable utilization of local resources. Understanding the ecology and ecological footprint surrounding them. Of the young people in the three countries, participation in such international exchanges is often the first serious experience of foreign countries and a degree of independence, so the usefulness and impact of the first experience on character and embedding of knowledge is of paramount importance. One of the major objectives of our project is to enable the participant to maximize the impact on young people with disabilities, and to be more open to new cultures, privat job and new knowledge. The main objectives of the project are: - the practice of intercultural dialogue, - realizing tolerance, social inclusion and solidarity, - preserving rural community and cultural values, - local community education, community formation, - shaping environmentally conscious behavior and lifestyle, - creating a joint project during the exchange to organize a professional mini-conference, - strengthening the partnership with the project organization, - promoting self-learning, self-development, privat job - developing key competences for young people.
