Objectives

In 2013, our association implemented a Youth Exchange titled “Re-Planning 1.0.” Six years ago, we set the goal of jointly examining what aspects of high school graduates have made in their decision-making process. The aim of our current project is to examine career path planning more comprehensively and consciously than the previous ones. In the past, life-planning has become an independent profession that we want to interpret not in a particular life situation, but from basic education to lifelong learning. Of course, the development of entrepreneurial competencies will be very much emphasized in the topic of "Replanning". Our experience so far shows that a not so lucky career choice (further education) opens up a straight path to becoming an entrepreneur, and almost every theoretical profession has a practical, business alternative in which young people can succeed. Our goal is to work together on the theme, understand each other, learn from each other's experiences, and make career plans that we can utilize in our daily lives. As a long-term impact of our project, we want to achieve that the career planning became the part of the education system in Eastern European countries in the same way as in the West. This would not only improve the chances of young people's employment and mobility, they could establish closer cooperation between the world of education and work. In addition, disadvantaged young people participating in the exchange can gain experience and knowledge that later protects them from problems that have already been experienced by many.
