Stemming from the acknowledgement of the need for quality, practice-oriented, comprehensive dialogue among professionals working for inclusion across Europe, as well as from understanding that the present day challenging global environment is a great source of stress which translates in growing levels of mental health problems in the general population, and the subsequent growing need for well-equipped practitioners, . The overall objective of this seminar is to create a space for reflection and dialogue among inclusion workers with different backgrounds, approaches and practices. We specifically aim at (1) contributing to the consolidation of the network of youth workers in this field; (2) facilitating the exchange of good practices used for inclusion of people with mental health problems; (3) encouraging co-creation of projects that foster inclusion for people with mental health problems; (4) creating a context for youth workers to reflect on themselves and their activity and (5) providing support for their self-development and optimization, in order to sustainably fulfill the goals in their work for inclusion.
