Objectives

The growing economic crisis has worsened the condition of young people over time, offering them fewer opportunities and creating a condition of mistrust towards their territories of origin. More and more young people from the area migrate abroad in search of a future that offers them better and greater prospects in the workplace and consequently in the personal sphere. Italy, also through the support of Europe, has been trying for some time to improve the condition of youth through reforms and other types of intervention but you are unable to eliminate or weaken the sense of distrust and disillusionment, especially in some areas. Therefore the project was carried out with the aim of identifying the elements that prevent or favor young people in entering a distant part of the world of work. Therefore, for the specific objectives of the project, the aim was to: 1. Increase awareness of the opportunities and problems concerning the labor market by identifying the elements that characterize youth employment; 2.to better understand the needs of young people with fewer possibilities; 3. increase the participants' awareness of their own abilities and aptitudes, enabling young people to develop adequate skills also to limit periods of unemployment, putting in place useful strategies for entering the world of work; 4.Improve the initiative and creativity of young people to make them more attractive and competitive in the workplace; 5. Promote mobility in order to acquire experience and skills that can be used in the workplace; The project objectives are perfectly in line with the objectives of the European Union and with the priorities of the Erasmus+ programme.
