The project stems from the willingness of young participants to enhance the soft skills useful for entering the job market. Following a discussion between the partners, we took the decision to carry out a youth exchange during which soft skills will be highlighted and enhanced through non-formal education methods, more specifically that of role-playing, method considered by the participants to be more closely related to achieving the proposed objectives which are: - Offer 37 young people from 6 different countries a common space to reflect on the issue of youth unemployment in Europe and on the importance of soft skills in today's job market. - Contribute to the employment process through the development of transversal skills in young people - To increase skills in young participants and in target groups such as: solving problems, critical thinking, creativity, managing people, working in groups, making decisions, negotiating and flexibility. - To disseminate the role-playing tool as a non-formal education method aimed at stimulating the strengthening of soft skills - Disseminate the opportunities offered by the Erasmus + program and increase the European spirit.
