THE project began in 2019, following a project carried out in Italy related to the topic of sexual orientation. The work was then interrupted during these two years and resumed, with some modifications (regarding the participating associations), in the present summer. The goals that we had set ourselves and that supported the project were as follows: - to develop a space of NON-discrimination in which young people (LGBTQI+ and non-LGBTQI+) can open up and discuss issues related to gender and sexual orientation and especially their own personal feelings; - create spaces for inclusion between LGBT and heterosexual communities; - Provide a space for self-inquiry, self-listening and personal growth for participants (LGBTQI+/heterosexual); - Listening to youth in their need to express who they are, without judgment, supporting the creation of environments where judgment need not exist; - Sharing tools (mindfulness, bioenergetics, inquiry, theater, connection with nature, etc.) that can be used by youth and youth workers for increasing self-knowledge and self-value (self-esteem) - To support feelings of openness and inclusion in young people for a development of projects that "start from the bottom" and can reduce discrimination and incitement to hatred in today's society; - Make Erasmus+ more and more a tool for inclusion (LGBTQI+, migrants, etc.); - Create a network of organizations with common goals through which youth workers' skills and competencies can be improved by integrating good practices and new methods of NFL and advocacy social work into daily activities; - Reducing discrimination in all its forms. The past two years have been space for further discrimination and marginalization, and the project has been space for hosting further discrimination among youth, encountering situations of obvious difficulty.
