The project will gather 28 young pepe from 5 countries with the aim of foster a crossgenerational exchange between the youth's and senior's prospects. The main goals to be achieved by the project are: -increased understanding of the value of young people and older adults -stronger intergenerational relationships and connections between youth and older adults -more youth and seniors supporting and protecting each other -young and old alike having a better understanding of issues younger and older people face, with a specific focus on the oopportunities arising from increased skills and knowledge exchange. The final goal of the project is to break intergenerational stereotypes, helping young and old to open up to an understanding each other, accept differences, considering them as precious bases for increased understanding and respect between generations. The project will have a wide impact on the personal development of the involved young people and will also sensitize key stakeholders in the local communities toward a more inclusive society.
