The project foresees a training course and an exchange: two tools that will found him on the sensitization to the thematic environmental favoring and strengthening the reflections around the climatic changes and foreseeing concrete actions. The Relationship of the IPCC on the increase of 1,5 °Cs in comparison to the middle temperature has shown that an inadequate climatic action will have catastrophic effects with irreversible damages on the ecosystems and on the life of the people. To global level, only 2018, according to the relationship of Munich Re, 850 natural disasters are counted. The project takes on a logic of change: to overcome the limit of considering the unchangeable situations, to upset the apparent staticity of things and to find possible solutions. It means putting in the field optimism, trust, desire to experiment and keep them always in comparison with the consciousness of the limit and the seriousness of the hypotheses. It means comparing the desired future and seeking harmonization. The elements of the motivation of this project: 1- Youth policies must be a priority area of investment for the present and future of society and needs a pact with other public institutions, with the Third Sector, with other age groups and with the whole community 2- The prominence of young people: who do not renounce to draw up a more desirable life plan, which values their skills and passions, and to use the new means of communication and innovative forms of mobilization 3- Environmental sustainability: no longer proposed as an alternative, but as a necessary lifestyle. Aims of the programme: - Promote participatory processes for building ideas and awareness-raising initiatives on climate change and CO2 reduction; - Design: believing in the possibility of change, contaminating reality and creativity by imagining possible worlds; - Promoting intercultural dialogue between different cultures and generations; - disseminate knowledge of the E+ programme as a means of promoting active citizenship and participation; - Ensure that young people become desired bearers in order to promote sustainable development. The project aims to be a way to act directly on the challenges, literally getting their hands dirty for“say”; through the“make”, we do not want it to be just a project of great altruism, in which young people devote part of their free time to the care of public affairs, but above all to encouraging cooperation and therefore respect and peace among different peoples and cultures, related to the defence and protection of the environment.
