The motivations that pushed us in writing this project are: we want to share and pass values like tolerance, intercultural awareness, analysing the effects of discrimination and raising our awareness about stereotypes, prejudices and injustices, giving to the participants Non Formal Education methods in order to implement them in their countries after have them practice during the Traning Course The 3 main Objectives are: 1) Acquire knowledge about the various types of discrimination, the negative effects of discrimination, will know what stereotypes and prejudices are and how they can be avoided; 2) Develop skills to use non-formal methods with different groups, will be able to communicate difficult topics more effectively, improve their working skills with young people and their skills to work in groups. 3) During the all project: they will have more confidence in themselves, will develop an attitude of protection against people who are discriminated against. They will try to stop discrimination and explain to young people what the negative effects of discrimination are, they will be more attentive to their attitude towards other people and they will try not to be discriminatory, but not even to be discriminated against.
