With this youth exchange we would like to create an opportunity for greater growth for all the participants, confronting each other concretely with the diversity and stereotypes created by others but also by ourselves. Thanks to sport we think that we can convey many messages, first of all the one of inclusion but also to experiment with big and small failures, thinking of oneself but also of others, reflecting our potentiality. This wants to be an opportunity for growth because what will be learned during this youth exchange can be ‘transferred’ into everyday life both on a personal and a professional level.
