"Despite the differences is a project of youth cultural exchange concerning the issue of racial discrimination and of how art (dance and theater) is a valuable means of promoting positive values against racial discrimination. More specifically, we want to promote: - Knowledge of new youth and a new culture - Deepening of one's knowledge about the EU and its policy on the issue of racial discrimination (EU Charter of Fundamental Rights) - Greater competence in the use of English that will be the official language of this project - Sensitization of the guys on the problem and hope, perhaps, that in the future they have a more "open attitude", more tolerant towards others (the European Active Citizenship) - Increase of self-confidence because guys will exchange their ideas, express their views freely and so will feel the protagonists of the project - Increase knowledge of non-formal teaching methods.
