General objectives: - The strengthening of the network through the launch of initiatives and projects aimed at young people for discussion and participation of young people on the topic. - Consciousness for diversity we believe is the basis for overcoming all forms of exclusion, discrimination and racism. Deepen the knowledge of the condition of foreigners in our and in other countries, reflect on the fact that each of us is a foreigner in another country and that in today's society, the search for social and political security, puts each of us in this condition, is certainly elements to think about. - Consciousness of one's identity through comparison with other cultures: proximity and direct contact bring to the surface senses of belonging that are certainly not those linked to geographical areas but which are based on sharing of interests. A different awareness of the concept of identity emerges, which is based on conscious choices on personal and collective issues that take into account the multicultural environment in which we live and the needs of each one; choices that all children in the age group of those participating in the project will soon be asked to make. - Develop cooperative and creative skills in a multicultural context. Cohabitation and work for the development of a common project, sharing of works through the use of common resources such as personal experiences and skills, participation in an intercultural meeting where everyone's active involvement is required and where, at the same time, these same elements do not can be supported by a common language, stimulates the search for alternative languages, the abandonment of the habitual forms of relating and the search for different aggregating and participation systems, experimenting in this way one's own communicative, creative and cooperative abilities in the multicultural context . - Artistic and multimedia languages and expressions are not ebough accessible for the participating groups, as they come from suburbs or small towns that offer few opportunities in this sense. They have in common being boys who are "difficult to reach", belonging to those youth groups with learning difficulties, linguistic difficulties, adaptation to educational systems, coming from poor family with social and economic ostacles. Artistic forms and new media as forms of expression are far from these young people, forced by a daily reality that give importance to more "basic" needs. Specific objectives: - Stimulating youth participation and participation: the participants in this project are involved in every phase and the activities themselves are based on the continuous contribution of their experiences, proposals and work ideas. The planned workshops also use these principles, continually relating the experience and direct experience of the participants with the themes, channeling these elements into the activities and using these tools as informal working languages. - Increase awareness of the values of one's own culture: the meeting will not promote the values of national cultures but those that can be found in the individual participants, identifying the points in common beyond borders and geographical belonging and thus creating the conditions for the development of new memberships (for interests). - Verify and practice fundamental values of coexistence: the experience of living and working together during an intercultural project, sharing time and space with peers of different backgrounds and continuous comparisons (not only thematic) that are generated , make people think again about preconceived values, set in motion a process of growth based on their own direct experience and aimed at recognition, tolerance and respect for the needs of others. - Enrich the thematic spectrum of the project, creating a meeting in each of the countries involved, acquiring knowledge and a broader vision of the aspects related to them. - Project multiplier effects: international events mobilize a large amount of social forces, as they directly and indirectly involve many protagonists such as schools, NGOs, institutions, young people, family members, friends and acquaintances in different countries. The project and its results will be brought to all of them, raising awareness of issues as well as stimulating participation in mobility and exchange programs promoted by the EU. - Strengthen the collaboration between the local Neapolitan associations involved and continue, through a new opportunity, to transport skills and abilities from the international to the local level and vice versa. - Bringing new youth organizations closer to EU Programs and policies, supporting their direct participation with the support of Mosaiko association.
