We want to realize an intercultural project, that can be, thanks to non-formal education activities, strongly inclusive for all participants. Our intention is to offer an opportunity for curious and constant cultural growth and we want to do it in a small village in Calabria, because we believe that small villages could be an excellent theatre for learning times and needs of each participant are respected. All the partners involved are stimulated by what these places have to say, by how much their rhythms and their landscapes reflect human nature. We believe that the people involved can prepare the ground, sow seeds, nurture their growth so that a plant can be born that can sprout again. It’s a difficult journey in our days when "the disposable" seems to prevail, we believe that the creative process needs slow times, reflections, innumerable attempts from which, perhaps, a word is born, a fragment, an action that can tell, to everyone, something. In a time when everything flows fast, we feel the need to return to our roots, to know what man has in common in all the cultures of the world, his fears and his thrusts towards the divine, the infinite. From there we want to move our steps. That’s why we chose the name G.R.O.W. , an acronym for Genesis and roots Of the World.
