The project starts from the consideration that in many European countries a situation of socio-economic crisis persists which brings with it realities of particular abandonment. In these situations many young people find themselves having to deal with a largely deprived social reality that forces them to emigrate in search of work or specialization and to live in the indeterminacy of their personal and work prospects, as confirmed by the associations we are in contact with for realization of various projects. The present project proposes a path of youth exchange and training focused on the possibility of thinking about one's own territory, in its naturalistic, cultural aspects and in the links between these two dimensions, as a resource and job opportunity. The project aims to provide stimuli through the knowledge of the characteristics of the territory of Sulcis, with continuous references to the European realities represented by the participants in the exchange, analyzing their potential and sharing ideas that can be a reason for reflection for the creation of working environments for young people from different regions and countries, but united by a difficult vision of future work. In summary the project has as objectives: • promote intercultural dialogue; • promote the spirit of initiative and active participation of the young participants; • contribute to the personal growth of young participants, to the development of new goals and job prospects through non-formal education activities; • supporting young people with fewer opportunities in gaining a positive outlook towards their future; • increase the awareness of the importance of the natural and cultural resources of the territory; • make participants aware of environmental issues such as alternative energy, waste and reuse, biological; • offer the possibility of experimenting with eco and biological practices; • learn about experiences and activities to enhance the area; • contribute to the information and implementation of opportunities for exchange and experience among young people and increase the knowledge of the Erasmus + program; • increase the international dimension of the association's activities and of the partners in the field of youth mobility.
