By implementing this project we were seeking to raise young people awareness about that they have rights and many opportunities to develop themselves and their skills. As it is a big issue that the young people get demotivated after they cannot find work after their graduation or after they get fired. Through our project we were seeking to show them that there are other opportunities that can help them during their way of getting a new job and develop their skills with the help of different programs and international training like Erasmus+. Objectives of the project were: 1. To increase knowledge and understanding about International Labor Standards on employment, discrimination, while applying to an open position or during the work. Occupational safety, health and social security among young people and how to react in case of abusing their rights. 2. To empower young people in personal development by acquisition of necessary competences (writing motivation letter, preparing CV, searching and applying for job, etc), which are needed to make smooth gradual transition to labor market, education or training. 3. To increase awareness among young people about variety of opportunities for study, training and employment (support programmes, ESC, Erasmus for young entrepreneurs, etc). 4. To enhance employability and improve career prospects of young people from the minority groups that are in highest risk of unemployment, not in training like roma population and refugees. As well, as people with fewer opportunities. 5. To promote Erasmus+ programme and non-formal education.
