The overall objective of the project is to improve the visualisation and graphic facilitation skills of youth workers, trainers and facilitators in non-formal educational context to to enhance learning, motivation and involvement during training activities. Needs addressed through this project: - Further development of graphic facilitation skills of youth workers and community facilitators, giving them the self-confidence to apply more visual and inclusive facilitation style, accommodating various views in the group - Addressing complex issues in simple language understandable by wide spectrum of target groups, including people with fewer opportunities, migrants, people with language barrier etc. - Learning concrete methods leading to a more inclusive way of facilitating learning activities, making everybody’s voice heard - Asking the right questions to help people progress in their learning process, capturing the essence regardless of learning styles
