According to the research made during the strategic partnership Constellation we discovered that one of the main reasons why youngsters get unemployed or drop out of the studies is wrong choise of the studies or career. Meaning that the career path that they choosed was based not on their inner call, but following suggestion of family members, peers, social media ect. By implementing the project "Heartbeat of Career" we want to achieve that more young people find their place in society by studying or doing the job that they really love and is based on their own inner call. The objectives of the project "Heartbeat of Career": 1. to build capacity of 21 youth workers and educators working with potential risk groups by equipping them with interactive and non-formal education tools in field of career education; 2. to prevent marginalized youth from role into risk groups or status of unemployement and how to help them to move forward once they have rolled into this status; 3. to raise awareness on non-formal education and equipe youth workers and educators with non-formal education tools to work in career education; 4. networking among project's partner organizations in EU and neighboring countries, compare different realities and strengthen future cooperation; 5. to build capacity of the partner organizations to work in the field of the Erasmus+ programme and write own project applications.
