Youth work is teamwork. How can a facilitator of the group, a youth worker or coach contribute to a positive atmosphere and help the group to develop fast? In groups that cooperate there is less bullying, less fear of failure and more possibilities for youth to develop themselves. With appreciation and recognition of each other and without pressure and compulsion. Stepping out of your comfort zone can create successful learning moments and development for everyone. How can one person inspire groups, create internal motivation and increase cooperation, this is what this application is about. The goal of this project is to create the space where participating youth workers can share and practise their experience and exchange best case practices to achieve proficiency in their key competences. By providing this project in 2 parts, we want to make the impact even bigger. There will be a training where they learn the basic skills of group dynamics, after the training they have time to practise their learned skills. After about 3 months there will be provide another training where we can go deeper into knowledge and skills and where the youthworkers can share their experiences so far. It will largely contribute to developing the quality of youth activities and the capabilities of civil society - and through them the NGO sector of their countries. It also promotes European cooperation in the youth work field by building strong connections between the participating organizations and youth which might lead to more exchange of knowledge and people in the future.
