Objective of the exchange: - Young people make their own (sustainable) future plan on the basis of the activities and workshops offered. (Description activities you can read below); This offers young people a future perspective and puts the youngster in his / her own strength (inclusion)! - Young people are introduced to different cultures and living conditions (diversity); This offers young people the opportunity to literally learn to see things from another perspective, to learn new habits and / or to gain insight into other living standards. - Young people become acquainted with peers, this gives young people an insight that they do not have to deal with difficult issues in life alone. They also expand their network. - Young people learn to take responsibility themselves through the participatory ways in which the exchange is organized. - Participating organizations gain experience with new, participatory work forms that they can use within their own organization afterwards with the aim of transferring good practices and improving the quality of work.
