The scope and consequences of organ trafficking have become global. Poverty, vulnerability, eviction, global wars, climate change or natural disasters, etc., have created an incessant flow of unstoppable migrants and, together with it, a "small" global percentage (each year grows more and more ) that is creating a system with immoral exploitative transplant practices that form the social context of commercial donation of living organs. Given this alarming new situation, it is essential to remain attentive to the new modalities that organ trafficking could achieve, even more considering the important movement of migrants, displaced persons and refugees that has been experienced worldwide during the last decade. There aren't always exact data that gives an account of the whereabouts of these people, being especially exposed to exploitation, trafficking, violence or discrimination. Without clear records, these people do not exist and if they do not exist they can be a perfect victim for the mafias that traffic with organs. As a clear example we could talk about the refugee crisis that has affected Europe: the press and institutions like UNICEF warned about the disappearance declared by Europol of 10,000 migrant children and unaccompanied refugees from whom the trail had been lost. For this reason, our entity UngVest - Barne- og and the Spanish entity El Salero de Ideas, with which we have collaborated effectively and actively for 2 years, we commonly detected the need to: 1- Know in depth one of the most immoral and atrocious practices that is spreading with the phenomenon of immigration, as is the illegal trafficking of organs. 2- Learn to differentiate what is a legal organ transplant process (Spain is the first country in the world for this practice) and what are the causes that lead people to commit illegalities and self-harm, through dangerous practices. 3- Recognize the tools and channels we have at our disposal to combat this scourge of illegal practice and its eradication in order to achieve the following objectives: 1- To inform and train us about the global problems of migration and illegal organs trafficking. 2- Making visible through all the target audiences to which the project is destined, one of the biggest problems that is affecting the immigrant population. 3- To have at our disposal resources and tools that can stop the illegal organs trafficking and the bad practices carried out without any guarantees for the person that lends itself to the illegal donation. 4- Knowing how is an exemplary process of organ donation step by step.
