The youth exchange Be Active Make a Change aims at discovering new ways to express ideals of equal opportunities and to give young people with fewer opportunities including people with disabilities competences to have active role in our society through and in volunteering. The project idea is to give the right and necessary space to disadvantage young people for a wide exchange of different visions, approaches, experiences and intercultural backgrounds and to explore the volunteering as tool to let them come out with concrete actions for making their vision on what has to be done for addressing the discrimination at different levels reality. Objectives of the project are: -to promote young people’s active citizenship in general and their European citizenship in particular; -to develop solidarity and promote tolerance among young people, in particular in order to foster social cohesion in Europe; -to foster mutual understanding between young people in different countries; -to Involve young people with fewer opportunities with the goal to support them in finding their occupation; -to contribute to developing the quality of support systems for youth activities and the capabilities of civil society organisations in the youth field; -to promote European cooperation in the youth field; To develop participants` knowledge about Erasmus + program in order to ensure the ability of participants to work as multipliers and to be able to use a program in participants further activities, by this raising the quality of projects implemented within Erasmus + programme;
