This project is dedicated on the one hand to the celebration of the 2018, as the year of cultural heritage in Europe, as well as the promotion of national heritage among young people as the main goal. The project also aims to broaden knowledge about the history of cultural monuments among European citizens, and to develop a sense of the value of cultural heritage and its protection in the awareness of young generations. Nowadays, Youth have become more mobile and less dependent on their permanent residence. They travel often and rarely pay attention to what priceless things surround them in the place of stay or the place from where they come from. The young generation of the 21st century ceases to appreciate the value of its own history and monuments of cultural heritage, remaining as a personification of this history. This generally leads to reduction of the sense of belonging and pride of their own history – national and European. At this moment, we are standing at the border of various development of youth. Or we can help them appreciate their own history through its knowledge and attention to cultural monuments, or we will lower the value of the national heritage of every European country forever. Youth at this stage is the decisive factor for the existence or non-existence of the value of European culture and history in the future. Therefore, the main goal of the project is to broaden knowledge about the culture and monuments of national heritage among representatives of European youth.
