Objectives

The level of knowledge about sexual health in many European countries is at a very low level. The issue of sexual health is considered by many to be taboo. Cultural and religious beliefs do not allow to openly talk about sexual education, the effects of such actions are tragic. The number of people infected with sexually transmitted diseases such as HIV / AIDS is very high, and what is more, World Health Organization figures show that more and more girls and boys are starting to live sexually at the age of 15, and this is still taboo. Nowadays access to pornography is unlimited. He talks about it rarely, parents of teenagers do not allow themselves to think that their child may already have a sexual partner. Low awareness of the threat that results from ignorance is not only the fault of the youth, but also parents and educational institutions. Another effect of ignorance can be the phenomenon of unwanted pregnancy. Many girls and even women still do not know how to protect themselves from them. By embarrassing, they are afraid to go to the doctor in order to choose the right method of contraception for them. Another problem is that young women very rarely go to check-ups, although the doctors' recommendation is to check every six months. Such an action can lead to the development of many intimate diseases. Another unpleasant phenomenon that we have observed is that many young people discriminate against people of the opposite sex or people with a different sexual orientation, we want to make the youth realize that each of us has the right to choose and feel safe. Lack of adequate knowledge about venereal diseases leads to discrimination against people who suffer from them. Many people think, for example, that the HIV / AIDS virus can be infected by touch, and as a result they avoid the company of infected people. The goals of our project are: - "breaking" the taboo subject! - encouraging young people to take regular tests, - creation of the campaign - counteracting discrimination - promoting the idea of the Erasmus + program - promoting non-formal education -the study of intercultural dialogue and civic activity, - combating discrimination
