Partners agreed, that the best way to meet our needs will be to design a seminar providing space to explore and discuss Europe from both perspectives, institutional and youth, discuss problems of young people on various levels in Europe, analyse and learn different tools of European education, a to provide space for development of key skills of youth workers from partner organisations. That is why we have created a seminar with some elements of training course, which will allow us to combine theoretical knowledge with practical skills, which will be used by participants in their daily work. As such those objectives stand in line with the Erasmus+ programme objectives, specifically to the objectives of mobility of youth workers part. The project will directly influence participating organisations and their members working with young people, providing them with new competencies of youth work, will foster international cooperation in the field of youth, through voicing different opinions it will also foster social cohesion and understanding in Europe. In long term, by providing partners with tools enabling youth to voice their opinions about the current state of affairs in Europe it will also prevent political radicalisation resulting from frustration coming from being part of ignored minority group.
