The organizations involved wanted to improve the quality of youth work, particularly in the area of volunteering. The youth supporters intended to work on such issues as preparing young volunteers to work with children, ethics in volunteer work, cultural and artistic activities in youth work, good practices of cooperation between NGOs and schools. It was very important for ProHarmonia to learn about good practices in helping and working with young migrants, especially in the area of integration into the local community, as it has only recently been undertaking this type of activity, while Mouraria has specialized in this for years. The participants intended to exchange good practices, experience, learn from each other and work on new solutions. It was important for both organizations to establish new partnerships and prepare joint projects - one involving youth workers from ProHarmonia and Mouraria and from their local partners and the second project - an international exchange of volunteers.
