Thank to SMART job shadowing Erasmus+ Youth Worker mobility project recognized needs and issue by youth NGOs from Serbia and Poland (MUSS and Mladiinfo Poland) will be addressed: ISSUES: management of long term project for youth (composed by more than 1 activity) design project for Erasmus+ KA1, KA2, KA3 measurement of project impact successful marketing the project on local/national/European level building stable and long partnership with international NGO not enough marginalized youth taking part in NGO activities how to build project which fit the innovative youth NEEDS: - gain knowledge of youth policy, volunteers, funding possibilities - new skills of project writing , handling the finances, creating company strategy - attitudes towards youth taking part in the project - attitudes towards other employees, staff members - improve language skills - learn about partner country working style - increase diversity - finding strong and reliable partner for future Erasmus projects - increasing vivability of Erasmus+ Project intent to meet and verify the objective: Increasing visibility of the Erasmus+ and quality of youth work between Erasmus+ Program Countries (EU and non-EU), thanks to job shadowing/observation period in Poland and Serbia.
