F.A.R.M. for Youth is a project that is rooted in achieving Key Action 1: Learning Mobility of Individuals - youth exchange (8 days, 36 people from 6 EU countiries) by, supporting well being of young people with increased sense of sustainability and smart living in rural are and city, knowledge of new ways of agriculture, food chain, and ICT. Additionally, improved initiative and entrepreneurship, foreign language competences; enhanced intercultural awareness through exchange of experience among youth; more active participation in society. Project addresses also 8 Key Competences. Engaging participation from youth across Europe, shifting to a more resilient circular economy, healthier environment stewardship and happier citizens who benefit from the value of community sharing those issues meets in F.A.R.M. for Youth. The objective of our project is to raise awareness of sustainable and social design options, how this applies to growing local food, create empowered citizens that have access to urban farming opportunities, foster cross-cultural interdisciplinary alliance collaborating for human, social, and natural investment.
