We have started this project some time ago, conducting a thorough research on the situation of young people on the labor market. All organizations conduct such research in parallel, getting to know deeply the needs of young people in culturally different cultures, in a different economic reality. Even though he has no help in finding a job. Internet to good sources, but no one wants to interrupt, there is a lot of not real information out there that uninformed people mislead. It is on the one hand, but on the other, a huge opportunity. That is why we decided to participate in this project, in which you will need people who are at the moment. It may seem that the information about the biography may be correct and sometimes there are too many. We want to create a platform for young people to also exchange experiences and ideas. We also want to stimulate a sense of entrepreneurship and self-confidence among young people. Many people have many ideas, but it is lacking the courage to play this last step, or its implementation. We perceive these needs and go among young people, as part of this project we want to do this together. Activities support the program's objective is the balanced development of partner countries in the field of higher education, complementing the classical education system, with modern methods based on non-formal education. Project goals for: 1. Working with knowledge about the development of knowledge and its elements, ie CV, motivational list, interview or tools for work 2. The development of soft skills among participants, which are valued on the labor market and language skills. 3. Spreading knowledge about the European Union countries, stimulating curiosity of the world and shaping cultural awareness. 4. Creating positive attitudes among young people, such as: tolerance, respect for culturally different, entrepreneurship, activity, resilience to stress, creative problem solving, willingness to help other people. 5. Creation of a platform for the exchange of ideas, experiences or good practices between the different and those associated within the European Union. 6. Creation of Youthpass certificates, which will be a formal certificate of participation in the project.
