The main objective of this project is to empower youth workers/social workers/young people with an active role in society to work with migrants communities and marginalized groups to encourage entrepreneurship among this target group. The specific objectives of the project are: -to raise awareness of all involved about what concerns the actual situation of migrants and their lack of opportunities in Europe; -to stimulate participants for a deeper comprehension of the difficulties and frictions felt by migrants communities in job seeking, financial sustainability and job creation processes; -to encourage active citizenship practices; -to promote intercultural acceptance and diversity inclusion as a booster for social and economic growth; -to spread and deepen the concept of inclusive entrepreneurship; -to empower youngsters and youth workers with competences and knowledge that can allow them to adapt their work to the project mentoring for and with migrants and refugees communities; -to discuss and think new forms of integration for migrants and refugees, as well as to promote tolerance raising in European countries; -to create strategies, methodologies and tools to work on entrepreneurship with migrants communities; -to produce digital content about strategies, methodologies and tools created throughout the project, necessary as future support for youth workers or any other interested person who works with these communities.
