The Hysterical Association - Arts Association is a youth association that has emerged with the aim of providing young people with skills on a daily basis so that they become more active and aware in their role in European society, emphasizing the importance of cultural diversity and inclusion of people with less opportunity to reach a more integrated society. The "JobAct" project foresees the participation of young people who, for reasons related to their social and economic situation, life events and other issues, would not be able to integrate projects of this nature. During its activity and throughout its more than 10 years of history, the Histérico - Arts Association develops daily a work of inclusion and capacity development in the young generations of the city of Fundão and the cities and communities of the region. In this way, it organizes over time various social and volunteer activities, the possibility of international mobility and mainly allows the insertion of young people into cultural groups related to arts and theater, groups that train and develop competences in their participants related to non- formal and informal. In this particular case, within the framework of JobAct we aim to find solutions to various challenges to which the youth generation is exposed, and going against the priorities for 2014-2020 for the European Social Fund is the Promotion of sustainable and quality employment and support to labor mobility. In the "JobAct" project we plan the personal stimulation of the participants with the objective of creating and favoring the European youth generation, more active and aware of the reality and the roles they represent and their rights. Our main intention is for young people to understand the importance they play in society and the need to find solutions to the problems they face daily, in this case using theater as a tool to realize the importance of the tools used in the theater and to transpose them for the labor market. Encourage mutual understanding among young people: In the "JobAct" project we propose art / theater as a means of communication capable of connecting all participants, regardless of their culture or place of origin. Our goal is to create a scenario where all participants can share and learn in a creative, tolerant and respectful way. In this challenge we must consider the multicultural factor as an added value for the generation of new opportunities and sharing of new experiences. Provide young people with knowledge, skills and competences: With the "JobAct" project our objective is the transmission of technical knowledge, skills and competences about group dynamics and the benefits that the group work has in obtaining better results. Work is also designed on civic, social and intercultural skills in youth to promote greater integration of group dynamics. In addition to technical knowledge, we encourage young people to seek new ways of solving common problems in society. In this way, we promote the creation of a space where young people can mature in person so that they become part of a more just and inclusive model of society. The preparation of the entire project, ways of transmitting knowledge and activities developed will be possible through direct dialogue and cooperation in the network of partners. In addition, we aim to create a network of contacts between participants and organizations in order to present and share best practices related to creativity, integration and teamwork. The project "JobAct" is concerned with the creation of a network of partners made up of entities aware of the problems of the young generation in Europe, who seek to stimulate initiative and are anxious to improve the situation in Europe. We are confident that this network of partners, although formed by organizations of all kinds and different backgrounds and cultures, of smaller or larger size, with more or less experience, are all united by the same objective: "to improve the training of young Europeans and develop skills related to labor integration ".
