Background

Our project had two main aspects and directions: increase project management, online collaboration and communication competences of youth workers and young volunteers in 4 NGOs as key skillset leading to significant progress in implementing Erasmus+ projects. Partner organisations performed survey inside their NGOs and fellow NGOs at regional level regarding project management, online communication, and online collaboration tools. In total 60 youth workers participated. Results indicated that youth workers have good base of digital competences, they were not skilled in using them to management-based approach. They were familiar with project management principles, just they had lack of competences to adapt them to digital and more importantly international level. Effects of low level of these competences we can fell on various levels: -miscommunication acts with international partners -NGOs have no clear set of working procedures, quality assurance and management -youth workers are overwhelmed with work -young people are hard to reach, engage and involve Target groups: -Youth workers of partner NGOs -Fellow NGOs at national and international levels -Young volunteers in NGOs
