Observing the young people with whom we work, an increasing dependence on modern technology (laptops, phones, internet), to the detriment of activities specific to their age, such as leisure, pleasure, responsible and active with other young people, looking for a job, even getting to the point of neglecting their friends and family but especially themselves. The young people of our organization have identified that their peers are indifferent to what is happening in their community, are not motivated to get involved. its development as active citizens and are not responsible, in relation to the community, in relation to local traditions. Thus, they propose through the project to invite other young people together to re-evaluate their priorities, to find themselves in the community where they come from, and to become messengers and keepers of traditions in the century of technology. Young generations show indifference to the traditions that have been preserved for years in rural environments, even in those in which the new technology has not penetrated. Through this project young people will realize that tradition is a tool for finding ethnic identity, a contact with their ancestral values. By participating in this project young people will discover traditions, they will realize the importance of knowing their own culture and respecting the cultural value of others like them, will stimulate their creativity, spontaneity, free expression and self-confidence. Through the knowledge of traditions, young people will not only cry their identity but also their personality, increase their self-esteem and learn to accept others.
