As organization working on national level, Libero would like to provide support for organisations working at local level to improve their work as YEU is from international level supporting its member organisations. We would like to organize job shadowing and exchange of good experiences and practices between these two organisations. This would allow Libero to become adequate support for local youth organisations and institutions willing to implement youth exchanges and would bring insights about work for the benefit of young people at local level for YEU. The aim of this project is to improve the quality and impact of youth exchanges for the local level through capacity building based on the experience from international level. Specific goals of the project are: - Improving knowledge and skills about the ways and methods for youth exchanges to influence local youth policies, - Building partnerships through work on networking and connecting youth organizations - Gaining skills and knowledge for improving the quality of educational processes and creating connection between education during the youth exchange and youth policies - Looking at everyday work of organization in developing policies, organizing educational processes and networking for improving the quality of youth exchanges at European level.
