AIM: contribute to the effort of citizens and civil society organizations from Eastern and Southern Europe to address the needs of young LGBTQ+ people sustainably and with highly developed competence and decrease bias and discrimination towards them SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES: 1. Build a set of specific competencies of 24 youth workers from 7 countries in Eastern and Southern Europe for becoming trainers in non formal education with focus on the needs of young LGBTQ+ people Activities: Training for trainers, practice phase 2. Provide mentorship to youth workers during the practice phase and expose them to concrete opportunities to act as trainers Activities: Practice phase, evaluation and networking lab meeting 3. Measure the impact of follow-up activities done by formed trainers and to their professional profiles Activities: Follow-up activities and YouthPass process
