It is important that every teacher gets more tools to make the student succeed in school, regardless of previous experience and background. We have defined this work as: creative motivation-enhancing activities for students and also clarifying pedagogy for the teachers. Our previous projects have led us to new thoughts and when evaluating them, this was our next step. Erasmus is one part, but there are several more parts to manage this change. Eramus provide added value, extra job satisfaction and experiences beyond what the individual school is capable of giving. The work has included entrepreneurship and creativity, ICT, building international networks for both students and staff as well as work with the physical and pedagogical learning environment to better adapt teaching for students in need of support.
