Find collaboration partners, schools and companies, for long-term collaborations in vocational education. By offering internships at partner schools and companies, we hope to get more students interested in vocational programs. In addition, give vocational teachers the opportunity to gain new skills through job shadowing and skills development courses. Through these activities, increase the students' competence and get the opportunity to practice in an international environment.
The schools in the project wanted to increase the number of applicants to vocational programs. By offering internships for students and skills development for staff via an Erasmus+ project, we hope to increase the number of applicants to the schools' vocational programs.
