All in all, SEK 123 816 of the budget has been used for the preparation and planning of the project; intending to make a vivid and diverse host group creating an interesting program for our guests. In February 2022, I finally realized that the pandemic made the project impossible to carry through. The guests from Spain/Catalonia and Portugal were severely hit by Covid, as we were. We certainly will pay back any amount that you, the MUCF and EU will decide upon. Though, the encounter between the young people in our host group was rewarding to experience. Summary of this report: The bright ideas and good intentions we had here in Stockholm were hampered and finally impossible because of the Corona pandemic. The costs for the preparation and planning of the project are listed in this report. As are glimpses of the good and inspiring time we had with the Steering Committee and the young host group. We certainly will pay back any amount that you, the MUCF and EU will decide upon.
